MEDIATION PACKAGES
We provide pre-suit and post suit mediation for self-represented couples and those who are represented throughout the state of Florida.

DIVORCE WITHOUT KIDS
Starting at $2,000.00 PER CASE
Includes the following:
• Up to 2 hours of Zoom mediation session *(In person add $300.)
• Up to 2 hours to draft the Marital Settlement Agreement
• Complete Document Preparation for an Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage, which includes the Formal Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Answer, and other related Standard Notices needed for the completion of an Uncontested Divorce in the county the case will be filed in. Assistance with the Financial Affidavit Forms, which are to be completed by the parties.
* Reasonable telephone and email communications with the parties throughout the process is included in this package.
* Directions on filing case self represented.
*One-time minor additions/changes to agreement at no charge.
*Each additional hour above and beyond the package will be billed at $300/per hour for mediation/drafting.
(If in person, each additional mediation hour above the package will be billed at $350/hour.)

Includes the following:
• Up to 2 hours of Zoom mediation session *(In person add $300.)
• Up to 3 hours to draft the Marital Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan, and Child Support Worksheet.
• Complete Document Preparation for an Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage, which includes the Formal Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Answer, and other related Standard Notices needed for the completion of an Uncontested Divorce in the county the case will be filed in. Assistance with the Financial Affidavit Forms, which are to be completed by the parties.
